How it works

  1. 1

    Bring your list

Upload a CSV from Mailchimp, a spreadsheet or your shop. Keep as many contacts as you like; storing them is free.

  2. 2

    Buy a book of stamps

One stamp sends one email to one person. Stamps never expire, so a list you mail twice a year costs twice a year.

  3. 3

    Write and send

Pick a template, write, send yourself a test, then schedule. Unsubscribes, bounces and your postal address are handled for you.

Books of stamps

One stamp sends one email to one person.

In every book, at no extra cost

What would a year cost you?

Put in your list size and how often you send. We compare a year of Flatstamp with the plan you'd need elsewhere, using their published prices. Side-by-side comparisons →

That's 10,000 emails a month, 120,000 a year.

Questions

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You buy stamps when you need them and nothing else. If you don't send for a year, you pay nothing for that year.

Do stamps expire?

No. Unused stamps stay in your account.

What if an email doesn't go out?

Scheduling sets one stamp aside per person. Anything that isn't sent, because you cancelled, the address bounced before, or it failed, comes back to your balance.

Can I bring my list from Mailchimp or elsewhere?

Yes. Export your audience as a CSV and upload it. Only bring people who agreed to hear from you; bought or scraped lists aren't allowed.

How much can I send?

New accounts start at 2,000 emails a day. The limit grows as your mail keeps landing well (few bounces, few complaints), up to 50,000 a day.

Who is Flatstamp a good fit for?

Shops, newsletters, churches, clubs and nonprofits with a real list who send now and then. If you mail a big list every day, a monthly plan elsewhere may cost less; the calculator above will tell you.
